Researching and credit analyzing investment / non-investment grade international leveraged loan and corporate bond offerings (primary and secondary), making recommendations and executing them.

- General industry coverage across different sectors. 

- Researching and credit analyzing investment / non-investment grade international leveraged loan and corporate bond offerings (primary and secondary), making recommendations and executing them. 

- Over time will have the chance to handle structured lending financings. 

- Ongoing monitoring of portfolio positions. 

- Will work closely and support the Senior members of the team to evaluate, recommend, execute and handle Principal Finance opportunities. 

- Will also support as required to originate deal opportunities.

- Will carry out financial analysis and due diligence as well as lead in deal execution, working closely with internal partners and external professionals.


Perfil del candidato

- Minimum of 5 years in leveraged/corporate/acquisition finance or equivalent at an investment or commercial bank. Alternative M&A, Transaction Services and/or Strategy Consulting backgrounds may also be considered. 

- Financial & Accounting skills required. 

- Legal knowledge of credit documentation.
