As Financial Controller, you’ll be a key partner in driving performance, ensuring compliance and delivering accurate and timely reporting across our diverse operations.

Job Role
· Prepare accurate monthly management accounts to support performance reviews
· Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting
· Develop cash flow statements and financial reports as required
· Submit timely and accurate VAT returns
· Conduct financial analysis for new and ongoing business opportunities
· Oversee and strengthen internal financial control processes
· Act as primary contact for external auditors during statutory audits
· Monitor debtors and credit control procedures, reporting regularly to the Group CFO
· Support and supervise accounts staff in managing daily cash settlements and receivables
· Ensure compliance with group policies, accounting standards and fiscal regulations
· Propose and implement finance policies and process improvements
· Mentor and develop the finance team in line with Lifestyle Group values

Requisitos

.Job Requirements
· ACCA qualification or equivalent (mandatory)
· Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in hospitality or multi-entity operations
· Excellent command of Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools
· Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (an asset)
· Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
· High level of accuracy, organisation, and initiative
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
