Funciones

Reporting to the Country Manager the selected candidate will have as main functions:

 * Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of products. 
 * Monitor the effective customer order handling. 
 * Maintain facilities and ensure all regulatory requirements are upheld.


Description

* Monitor processing of customer orders

 

 

 * Guarantee the integrity of input and output materials

 

 

 * Guarantee the integrity of input and output loan kits

 

 

 * Intervene if problems occur in order processing and coordinate the management of backorders

 

 

 * Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service Company is providing

 

 

 * Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use

 

 

 * Manage main client databases

 

 

 * Monitor outputs versus forecasts and propose the necessary corrective actions

 

 

 * Supervise the effectiveness of customer order handling

 

 

 * Supervise receiving of incoming materials and re stocking

 

 

 * Ensure the properly flow management in the ERP in line with the company Policies

 

 

 * Drive the definition of the Loan Kits and manage the reverse logistic flow

 

 

 * Execute Internal stock takes

 

 

 * Manage expired items and obsolescence

 

 

 * Process weekly orders from HQ and 3rd party suppliers

 

 

 * Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation (using the ERP features)

 

 

 * Establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands

 

 

 * Coordinate the team to ensure a level of service in line with business objects


Profile

Bachelors degree preferably in Economics disciplines.

At least 3 years of experience in a Logistics manager¡al position. To have experience in Medical Devices sector is mandatory.

Fluent in English
