Funciones

Research, design, and implement algorithms and models for machine learning applied for the segmentation of cardiac medical images.
Lead the Machine Learning integration process in the commercial product.
Evaluation of the user experience to improve existing tools.

Requisitos

Technical Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in physics, biomedical engineering, computer science or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in machine learning, deep learning, or related areas.
Proficient in Python for data manipulation, model development, and experiment tracking.
Experience in end
to
end ML projects, from data collection to production
level deployment (ONNX, ONNXRuntime, quantization)
Experience with image segmentation, object detection, and other computer vision tasks.
Experience with medical imaging (CT and MRI) , PyTorch/TensorFlow, medical image NIfTI format and git is preferable
Must be proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of C++ is a plus
