Funciones

You´ll support the Innovation team to achieve strategy goals:
- Design and execute communication strategy
- Manage events from conception to delivery
- Innovation goals and KPIs tracking and reporting
- Develop a pipeline of partners through effective mapping of notable start-ups and accelerators
- Identifying new trend opportunities that fit with ALSA Innovation framework

Requisitos

Skills that you will need:
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a must. Enthusiasm and pro-activity
- Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
- A driver - you don´  t h´esitate to take initiative and address something hands-on, constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for great collaboration.
- Willingness to travel.

Also it will be valuable:
- LEINN degree or formal innovation training through academic programs
- Spanish native and English fluent is essential
- French is a plus
