Are you a born leader who lives by the greatest service standards?
As a maitre d’hôtel, you supervise the restaurant, bistro, bar and sun deck and ensure that the waiters maintain service standards at all times. You ensure your team is working according to Scylla standards. You are responsible for our guest’s satisfaction, materials and machines in your area. You train, coach, advise, support and delegate your team of waiters.

Requisitos

Experience in F&B in a leading role
Previous cruise ship experience is an advantage
Strong leadership abilities and management skills
The happiness of our guests is your main priority in compliance with our Scylla standards
The well-being of your team is important to you: you are an empathic person, with great listening, training- and coaching skills.
Good crosscultural communication skills
Stress resistant and resilient
Open minded and flexible attitude
Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working
Team player
Excellent English skills (written & verbal), other languages as German is an advantage
Good physical condition (fit for duty)
