Descripción de la oferta

Define objectives and KPIs of technical department and its members and evaluate performance of managers. Define and execute control systems to monitor performance of execution and quality.

Ensure size, knowledge and skills of team necessary to accomplish objectives, in collaboration with Human Resources Department.

Ensure that technical measurement processes and tools are executed with efficiency and quality obtaining maximum information about deployment and use of audited software for all software vendor programs.

Ensure that technical queries resulting from LMC are solved with efficiency and quality according to established KPIs.

Ensure that technical analysis for LMC activity is performed thoroughly, timely with efficiency and quality reducing to zero the undetected licensing gap.

Assess current status of technical capabilities and future areas of improvement in regard to LMC technical measurement and analysis.

Manage and plan research and design projects that define the measurement or analysis processes or tools with the objective of increasing, improving or optimizing the LMC technical capability.

Manage and plan development projects for implement the designed LMC tools and maintaining and optimizing the existing LMC tools.

Identify communal areas of technical expertise across software vendors and ensure the designation of experts within the team to guarantee specialization.


Perfil del candidato

A degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications

5 years of experience internal customer from within IT industry

3 to 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), software license audits and/or license management & compliance activity.

Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software deployment, computer networks and software architectures.

Understanding of software applications administration and licensing.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Strong influencing and negotiating skills (internal & external)

Strong planning & Project management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem solving & decision making.

Result orientation.

Fluency in English is essential; fluency in another language is an advantage.


Oferta de empleo

Salario + Beneficios

 

Horario; de 09.00 a 18.30 y los viernes de 09.00 a 15.00.

 

Otros mercados: de lunes a jueves de 12.00 a 21.00 y los viernes de 12.00 a 18.30.

 

En agosto la jornada es intensiva, es decir, de 08.00 a 15.00 horas.

Requisitos
