Funciones

1. Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices and users´ needs to achieve company goals.
2. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
3. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
4. Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
5. Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
6. Preserve assets and company´s information by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and effective control structures.
7. Receive approval from GM and monitor major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance.
8. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
9. Collaborate in connectivity and IT projects to support R&D project (implementation of a cloud system connected with workshop sites to manage information in effective way). 
10. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
11. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
12. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
13. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
14. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

Requisitos

- BS in IT engineering or computer science, .or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years extensive experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software  systems, cloud management projects, inter-communication computer-machinery to collect data and set up remote monitoring systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Proven project management experience.
- Good overall people management skills.
- Very fluent English
