Funciones

OBJECTIVES: The Manufacturing Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization's manufacturing facilities, planning, coordinating, and directing the activities and processes resulting in products. 

Main Responsibilities:
-  Leads the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards.
-  Has full accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.
-  Is responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team by building working relationships ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
-  Manages the team on best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading teams.
-  Implements and manages continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.

Requisitos

-  BA/BS in industrial, mechanical, engineering or a 5-year technical degree in related discipline.
-  5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Manager in a process-oriented operations and/or related industry, preferably in resins injection moulding.
-  5+ years of experience in a large international / multinational Manufacturer.
-  Lean-6Sigma or Lean Manufacturing education related is an advantage.
-  Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP) will be an advantage.
-  Knowledge of environmental, safety and quality standards.
-  Knowledge of environmental and safety risks and requirements will be an advantage.
-  Fluently speaking and writing in English.
