About the Company
We are a global company in the animal nutrition and feed industry, committed to innovation, quality, and strict regulatory compliance across international markets. Our Market Access team plays a key role in ensuring our products reach target markets with all required regulatory approvals.

We are looking for a Market Access Registration Specialist to join our Global Market Access Team, reporting directly to the Regulatory Affairs Manager.


Role Mission
The Market Access Registration Specialist ensures that the companys products obtain the required marketing authorizations in each target country, fully complying with international, national, and internal regulations.

This role oversees the entire registration processfrom the initial Business Unit request to the products market launchwhile coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and representing the company before external authorities and associations.


Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute the global registration of products in alignment with the companys commercial strategy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams involved in regulatory, technical, sales, and quality processes.
Maintain and periodically update all registration processes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support the updating and maintenance of product data and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Represent the company before regulatory authorities, professional associations, and other external partners.
Review and analyze technical and legal documentation (FSC, technical data, legal certificates, etc.).
Translate documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English.
Support internal and external administrative procedures with institutions (Chamber of Commerce, regional authorities, banks, notaries, etc.).
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects within a matrix organization.
Contribute to ensuring feed quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of Adisseo products globally.

Requisitos

Requirements
Education
Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Marketing, Law, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of sanitary regulations governing the import/export of feed and food products (valuable but not essential).
Data management and database analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage large data volumes in hightech environments.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation review.
Knowledge of Quality, Prevention, Food Safety & Hygiene standards.
Understanding of FAMI-QS regulations (preferred).
Familiarity with operational excellence tools.
SAP knowledge (valued).
Languages
English and Spanish: high level, both written and spoken.
Skills
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Strong time and priority management.
Ability to work in a highly international and multicultural environment.
Comfortable working in a matrix and processoriented organization.
Strong interest in learning regulatory frameworks relevant to the company's products.
Experience working by project methodology.
