Funciones

International insurance company specialized in commercial lines is looking for a senior Market Management Executive to manage its broker business.

Responsible for supporting the development of a clear & robust Distribution strategy connecting each Continental European territory through:
- Strategic plans with clear & robust prioritisation
- Greater visibility in the local markets through stronger & targeted broker and client engagement
- Creation of client trading forums to drive delivery
- Robust pipeline management aligned to business plans
- Strong focus on accountability & execution
- Greater monitoring of retention & new business metrics
- Management of Salesforce (pipeline and performance monitoring)
- Driving market insight & future distribution planning
- Alignment to the marketing and communications budget, plans & events schedule

Requisitos

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- minimum experience of six years in distribution through brokers
- organized person with high management skills
- high market knowledge
- high level of ENGLISH
- results oriented person
- specialist in commercial lines
- commercial profile (FARMER)
