As a Marketing Associate for the Google Assistant in Spain you will be responsible for owning Product Partnerships initiatives that enable Spanish consumers have a great, helpful and locally relevant experience with the Google Assistant. You will work closely with a cross-functional team and partners to bring experiences to live and communicate that to users. Description * Identify user insights to prioritize and help identify new potential partnerships opportunities and help build and nurture use cases. * Work with a x-functional team to identify, onboard and promote partners to create unique experiences for the Spanish Google Assistant to ensure a great user experience across different consumer touchpoints. * Support the Personality team with cultural nuances that resonate well with Spanish users to create a truly local Assistant personality. * Work closely with the Social Media Team, PR and others to promote the key 3P use cases of the Google Assistant on multiple different devices. Profile You should have excellent project management skills, analytical skills to deliver compelling insights, creativity to innovate and agility to move fast and iterate. Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. * 3+ years professional experience. * Experience with Product Management for mobile apps/software. * Experience working with brand campaigns, ensuring brand guidelines are met. * High interest in new technology * Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically. Qualifications: * Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables. Excellent project management skills. Experience in partnerships and software development, ideally with focus on mobile apps and new technology. * Demonstrated success in project management or operations involving fast moving timelines, complex logistics, many simultaneously moving parts and coordinating across timezones. * Adaptable, flexible, capable of working both independently and in teams and demonstrate a strong ability to quickly build expertise in new areas and projects. * Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally within Google and across external partners. * Entrepreneurial spirit, fun charismatic people person, thrives on speaking to anyone and making connections between teams.
