Funciones

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive who leads all marketing deliverables for assigned projects. This includes but is not limited to, the execution and strategy of tactical marketing plans in order to generate visibility on new launches, drive sales and maintain the interest of potential customers. In addition to working closely with the sales team, he/she supports the Marketing Director/a with the design and execution of corporate collateral.
You will create designs for various marketing materials including, dossiers, emails, whats app, social media, blogs, events, presentations and reports.
You will suggest new content pieces to communicate the companys products and services having a very proactive attitude.
Implement new ideas to execute marketing plans.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop product positioning and communication materials to support go-to-market initiatives.
Work closely with our social media managers to provide content across all channels and engage with customers and followers growing and nurturing the communities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and design trends and leverage them to drive growth.
Keep close control of the budget allocated to each project.
Compensation:
 We offer a competitive salary and a discretionary annual bonus scheme in a Spanish contract (full benefits). 
Our team thrives on collaborative working from our cool office in Marbella. Work hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday so that you make the most out of your weekend!

Requisitos

About you
Previous experience in a similar roleminimum 3 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish and the ability to craft engaging marketing pieces aligned with the companys key messages.
Proactivity, creativity, and attention to detail are a must.
High level of commitment, and ability to work both in a team and independently.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with a naturally collaborative style to build relationships effectively across the business.
Highly organizedexcellent time management skills while working with competing priorities and deadlines.
You have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or equivalent.
You are proficient with industry-leading design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.)
Video editing and knowledge of After Effects and Premier is a plus.
Basic use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
This job will require you to move around the coast for video and photo shootings, so you must have a car and a valid driving license.
Previous experience in the real estate sector will be highly valued.
