Funciones

Marketing Executive CRM - Campaign Management w/ German.

* Define and manage local lead generation campaigns in alignment with local marketing and business objectives
 * Propose new B2B & B2C lead generation campaigns in collaboration with Digital Marketing teams
 * Liaise with business to define targets and priorities and report results.
 * Define campaigns covering the entire candidate and client lifecycle from unknown to Sales Qualified Lead
 * Ensure that CRM and Digital lead generation campaigns are executed in a timely and high-quality manner.
 * Analyze performance of campaigns and propose improvements on a continuous basis.
 * Liaise with content and creative teams to generate and optimize lead generation content.
 * Collaborate with local lead generation partners and agencies.
 * Be up to date on latest social media and lead generation topics and trends.
 * Manage important stakeholders: Head of Marketing Germany, Regional MD Germany and local board members, Digital Director CE, Head of CRM CE, Head of Content CE, operational specialists in content, CRM, digital both locally and in the Shared Service Centre.


Perfil del candidato

Skills:

 * Experience in running and optimizing multi-channel lead generation campaigns in either B2B or B2C (both is a strong plus).
 * Understanding of Google Adwords, Google Ads, Facebook advertising, Linkedin Advertising. Hands-on experience is a strong plus.
 * Experience with Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Marketingcloud or comparable Marketing Automation tools including analytics and insight tools.
 * Track record in building and refining successful lead generation campaigns.
 * Strong project management skills.
 * Strong stakeholder management skills.

 * Analytical; data driven.
 * Ability to clearly present ideas and plans; convince others.
 * Ability to work independently and drive results; strong results-orientation.
 * Excellent communication skills; fluent in German and English.
