This position is for a technology startup that enables companies to build a compassionate, purpose-driven culture and engage employees while serving the community—all through one platform. The company has recently set up its offices in Barcelona and is on a mission to grow the team!

Your responsabilities:
- Analyzing the market and the latest trends in the sector
- Contacting companies and charities to present our digital platform and services
- Facilitating the organization of volunteering, collection, and fundraising events to our partners
- Understanding our partners’ need and proposing adapted solutions
- Advising on Corporate Social Responsibility
- Brainstorming new solutions and services together with the management team
- Online Marketing and Social Media: setting up and managing our social media pages and increasing the traffic to our website
- Content Management: writing blog articles and improving the content of the website, platform, and other marketing materials
- Design, branding, and visual identity
- Public Relations: developing our relationship with key media players and opinion leaders in Switzerland and abroad
- Merchandising: helping develop and set up some basic merchandising for our clients
- Market research: identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for the company

Requisitos

- No need for previous work experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent level of English, especially written (any other language is a plus)
- You should be at the end of your Bachelor/Masters studies as the company would like to have the option to keep you after the internship
- Interest to learn/experience with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company.
- Humble, open-minded, creative, and dynamic!
