You will be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets by working closely with Business partners in the region. The Central Cluster includes 17 countries including Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Israel, Greece. Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Develop and manage marketing plan for all Medical Solutions products in The Central Cluster in alignment with Global Marketing and EMEA commercial groups to grow the business and meet/exceed Business Plan forecasts * Become a product expert on the product lines and work closely with our regional commercial marketing partners across EMEA * Ensure product knowledge is effectively transferred to commercial regional groups, distributor network and field organizations * Design and execute new product launch plans, including positioning, marketing mix & promotional aspects for new products in collaboration with regional commercial marketing teams and internal training department * Ensure successful launch plan execution by closely monitoring timelines and metrics for success * Represent the marketing function on cross-functional new product and new project core teams * Work closely with R&D and Global Marketing to develop next generation products and procedural techniques / workflows * Manage distributors to ensure development, engagement and full business direction * Represent the region through establishing close and efficient contacts, internally with CS, Operations, QRA, Legal and Finance * Develop and execute sales and marketing plans. Establish and monitor goals for the region * Coach, train, educate, develop and motivate potential team and distributors * Manage the final stages of the stabilization program and look for strategies * Manage all of the business activities in a professional, appropriate, cost-effective and timely manner * Development and execution of product portfolio strategy * Manage own marketing budget Cardinal Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. Qualifications & experience * Minimum education required: Bachelors' degree required and graduate degree preferred; * Experience in the Medical Devices industry required; additional knowledge of Medical Consumables preferred, min. 5 years; * Experience of working in some of the countries with in Central Cluster; * Strong communication skills in both local language and English; * Ability to travel at least 3 days per week when required; * Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills; * Previous people management responsibilities; * Preferred working experience within third party networks (such as distributors, agents, wholesalers); * Strong presentation skills; * Problem solving and decision-making skills.
