The Marketing Manager is a key position in the Company, responsible for all online and offline marketing activity. As custodian of the Strategic Marketing study, the Marketing Manager provides key input to company strategy within the UAV space. No direct selling is required. The role requires initiative, a proactive mentality and close coordination with the Sales Team.

 * Research and develop a Strategic Marketing study to inform the Business Plan with CEO.
 * Competitive Analysis: develop and maintain a comparison of the company products with other industry providers.
 * Develop and manage marketing budget in collaboration with CFO.
 * Develop and maintain a rolling marketing calendar (minimum 6 months future view).
 * Meet monthly with sales/business development and share the latest industry information and findings. Identify their requirements and work to fulfill them in a pro-active, well communicated and efficient way.
 * Develop, promote (and enforce) the corporate image and brand across all elements of the company.
 * Pro-actively seek management input regarding any questions, suggestions or concerns.
 * Support to colleagues and customers as required.

 * Maintain and develop all digital marketing materials: web pages (incl. management of SEO and SEM campaigns), newsletters/e-mail blasts, social networks, etc.
 * Coordinate all Press Outreach with PR agency as needed.
 * Supervise and coordinate all posts for LinkedIn.
 * Maintain/use MailChimp or Odoo for proactive outreach from the company.
 * Develop an online, indexed repository of media content (video, images) for use in marketing activities.

 * Support visits to the company and product demos as required.
 * Plan and manage logistics and administration related to trade events both in Spain and internationally.
 * Manage marketing partners and suppliers.
 * Work with partners to identify key industry events and coordinate all planning as appropriate.
 * Identify, contact and maintain relationships with key industry influencers.
 * Develop and maintain all print materials (brochures, business cards, datasheets etc.).
 * Develop and maintain the company Presentation (.pptx) and Sales Presentations.


 * 5-6 years of B2B Marketing experience.
 * Able to work independently and coordinate work from partners and suppliers
 * Results driven
 * Proactive, pragmatic, professional, friendly and a team player

 * Availability to travel
 * English (very high level, written and spoken required)

 * IT literate (MS Office etc.)
 * Google Workspace
 * Odoo ERP
 * Social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)

 * Experience in UAV space (desirable)

Se ofrece

 * Range Salary 37/40K year
 * Hybrid work. From the first 6 months, 2 days of telework
