Funciones

IE University is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Department. The primary responsibility for this position is to execute marketing actions across IE University’s undergraduate programs to drive growth and increase engagement. The marketing specialist will use first-party data to create, target and measure customized marketing campaigns aimed at driving loyalty and customer value. This position requires good organizational skills and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. The Marketing Specialist must work with many individuals and departments across IE University as well as with outside partners.
Core Responsibilities:
•	Lead the development and execution of marketing actions to drive conversion across the undergraduate programs funnel. 
•	Maintain comprehensive and coherent end-to-end customer journey maps that incorporate customer interactions, experiences and opinions. 
•	Operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute successful nurturing marketing campaigns. 
•	Ability to understand customer targets, write ingenious briefs, and work with outside creative and production agencies.
•	Strong focus on tracking activity and results of digital marketing campaigns to determine marketing effectiveness and to propose improvements. 
•	Work in an iterative and agile way to achieve business objectives effectively. 
•	Lead content marketing efforts to optimize the nurturing of leads. 
•	Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes. 
•	Lead the organization and execution of marketing and sales initiatives and events. 
•	Manage inbound marketing strategies across all stages of the inbound sales funnel.

Requisitos

.
Qualifications: 
•	Master’s Degree from a top university focused on marketing or related fields. 
•	Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising or communications.
•	Experience in a company focused on international business will be a plus. 
•	Fluent in Spanish and English.
•	Strong coordination, organizational and analytical skills.
•	Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•	Experience in digital marketing, marketing strategies and campaigns. 
•	Work collaboratively and effectively as a team member.
•	Self-motivated, highly inquisitive, confident, energetic and creative.
•	Must be eligible to work in Spain.
