IE is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Department. The primary responsibility for this position is to execute marketing actions across the IE School of Human Sciences and Technology Programs to drive revenue and increase engagement. The marketing specialist will use first party data to better create, target and measure customized consumer experiences that drive loyalty and customer value. This position requires good organization skills and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. The Marketing Specialist must work with many individuals across IE as well as with outside partners. If you are also an expert in content optimization, brand consistency and passionate about creativity and advertising, we would like to meet you. Core Responsibilities: • Participate in development and execution existing Customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion across HST Programs with the ability to coordinate several projects in parallel at varied stages of development. • Maintain comprehensive and coherent end-to-end customer journey maps that incorporate customer interactions, experiences and opinions. • Manage directly or through agencies all tactical executions on digital channels, e.g. lower funnel, local activations for sponsorships etc. according to the brand communication plans. • Learn and operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns. • Ability to understand customer target, write creative briefs, manage creative, and campaign set up process end-to-end working with outside creative agency. • Strong focus on tracking activity/results of campaigns, to determine effectiveness and to use as a foundation for recommendations for future improvements. • Develop and report upon test & learn plans specific to campaigns to foster iterative learning and proof points for improved cross marketing campaigns over time. • Support discussions and activities to ensure the customer experience across his entire journey. • Maintain and build the school positioning/branding in all executions. • Create, implement and coordinate content across marketing channels. .
. Qualifications: • Master´s Degree from a top University. Master with a focus on Marketing, Communications or related fields is required. • A minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing and/or advertising and/or communications experience, ideally in a company with strong focus on international business. • Experience in marketing across multiple channels (specifically digital marketing). • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Strong coordination and organization skills. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Experience planning effective marketing strategies and campaigns. • Work collaboratively and effectively as a team member. • Be self-motivated, highly inquisitive, confident, energetic and creative. • Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts. • Must be eligible to work in Spain.
