Iman Temporing is looking for Customer Service with native level of italian, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients, a global-leading organisation of technology-driven services.

RESPONSABILITIES:

As a Customer Representative some of your daily responsibilities will be:

· Providing Concierge Services to clients: Personal assistance for information and bookings on the move. The company  provides a personal assistant that can access recommendations, reservations, weather reports and travel advice in a matter of seconds· Provide information to the client and answer to all claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to the contracted service.

· Emergency Calls Response: Vehicles automatically transmit all data relating to accidents to the Bosch monitoring center. Your mission will be to immediately make contact with the vehicle occupants and coordinate further measures.

- Coordinate Roadside Assistance for drivers: The company rovides support in the event of breakdowns or accidents. At the touch of a button, data is transmitted to our service center where it is analyzed. Based on the diagnostic, Your mission will be to arrange the appropriate assistance services. If the car cannot be repaired on the spot, your role will be to ensure that your customer stays mobile by arranging a replacement car, a hotel and onward mobility.

- Track stolen vehicles: Bosch has an effective solution in the form of Stolen Vehicle Tracking. You will help your customers to locate and recover their stolen vehicle. As soon as the theft is reported to the police, our monitoring center collects all vehicle data and determines the precise vehicle position via GPS tracking.

CONDITIONS:

- Full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Schedule: 12:00 to 20:00h (Monday to Friday) 
- Salary: 1339,80 groos/per month r + plus of languages + plus of sunday 13.83? per day. TOTAL 15.777,72? /gross per year 

Requisitos

Salario Base: Nivel 9 – Convenio Contact Center (15777,22€ Bruto anual) + Plus Idiomas (1339,80€ Bruto Anual) +  Language Adder según idioma (EN FR 83,74€ , ES PT BR IT 27,91€ , GR 55,83€ , SW DA DE 111,65€ brutos por mes)  + Bonus Mobility (Variable de hasta 60€ Brutos por Mes) + Complemento Teletrabajo (24€ brutos por Mes). Resto de Pluses según Convenio Colectivo. 



- Native level of italian and English level (C2)
- Availability to work full-time in Barcelona.
- Excellent communicational and listening skills.
