A strong candidate will have an innovative mindset that enables them to develop unique solutions to unique problems. Ideal for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about IT and NetSuite in particular, this person will play a critical role in delivering solutions within the NetSuite environment and enabling the business to perform.
First line of support for day
to
day functional operations and cross
functional teams that use NetSuite including maintaining proper system access for all roles
Provision new access, maintain security roles and user accounts and roles with appropriate permissions and levels of access
Provide onboarding materials and training for new hires
Support users' knowledge and ability to personalize profile preferences, portlets, and Dashboards
Create reports, saved searches, KPIs and dashboards, scripts, workflows, and custom records. Ability to build analytics reports a plus
Utilize NetSuite CSV imports to update, import, or fix data in NetSuite
Create and maintain NetSuite
related functional, technical and training documentation including training users
Serve as the functional and technical point
of
contact for NetSuite users and processes
Actively participate in system enhancements, including requirements gathering, development, data validation, documentation, user support and training, and on
going application maintenance
Design, create and implement customized solutions
Advise ERP owners on ideal use case for customizations vs native functionality
Recommend, design, implement, document and maintain solutions and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business to mitigate business issues
Ability to implement and support integrations between NetSuite and other third
party business applications
Monitor systems performance, licenses, user access and usage, ticket SLA and other KPI's. Develop KPI's
Perform and recommend application maintenance, upgrades, and regression testing
Develop, implement, and maintain application security controls
Recommend up
to
date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations
Develop positive employee relations, promote company values and culture

Requisitos

Thorough understanding of data management, administration of NetSuite, order to build, manufacturing, routings, production scheduling and costing
5yearsNetSuiteAdministratorexperience2+ years in Manufacturing 
 Order to Build
1+ years NetSuite configuration/development experience
1+ years supporting implementations.


Some experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Ability to leverage technical skills and apply to solid business solutions, ability to transform end
user needs/functional requirement into technical requirements that translate to configuration and building solutions
Some experience designing NetSuite customizations, work flows, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAPPS.
Must have great multitasking skills and be able to support multiple issues at one time
Good experience with workflows that are executed from integrations
Can demonstrate experience in financial, accounting, manufacturing, WMS, and supply chain concepts and support general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations, inventory, purchasing, work orders, BoM's, etc.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science



Certifications: NetSuite Suite Foundation/Administrator
