Funciones

Incumbent assists the Network administrator in the administration of the Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) Local Area Network and Dedicated Internet Network (DIN) computers. Incumbent assists with Cashiering, the Housing and Shipping & Customs portfolios, as well as other administrative duties.

Requisitos

Education:  Completion of High School and specialized training in Systems Administration (Microsoft) and networks is required.  CompTIA A+, Comptia Network and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications are required.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years of progressive experience in network administration is required and mandatory.

Job Knowledge: Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server and Active Directory structure. Working knowledge on a virtual servers environment is required. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft word and excel is required.

Evaluations:

Language: Level 4 (fluent) of English speaking/reading/writing.  Level 4 (fluent) of Spanish speaking/reading/writing. This may be tested.  

Skills and abilities: Ability to use computers and software applications is vital, including the ability to troubleshoot the system independently
