Funciones

Your role will be of GREAT importance to our organization. You will handle current accounts and develop new customers managing inbound inquiries where no visit is required. Administrating small accounts where no growth is evident and identifying where growth is a possibility. You'll be the LEAD generation for us!


Description

Sales:

 * Identifying areas of focus for out bound activity - by sector, product, geography or customer type. Listing these prospects and actively contacting the decision makers.

 * When achieved appropriate contact focus any opportunities, organize samples, literature or if appropriate contact with the appropriate sales representative.

 * Manage lapsed accounts and reignite where possible.

 * Manage and administer "low volume accounts" where no visit is necessary.

 * Produce a monthly report listing activity, success and any areas which require further support.

 

Financial accounting:

 * Handling and checking invoices for appropriate customers.

 * Monitoring payment deadlines and credit limits.

Marketing:

 * Managing data for own accounts.

 * Monitoring and reporting on developments within own accounts.

 

 General:

 * Filing correspondence.

 * Acting as the account point of contact.

 * Reviewing procedures and making proposals for improvement.


Profile

* Professional experience of at least 3 years in similar positions.
 * Bachelor Degree.
 * High communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to negotiate in both languages.
 * Great organization skills.
 * Able to travel on the training period.
