- NightsDepartment: Front of HouseResponsible To: Assistant Night Manager / Night Manager / Front of House ManagerMain Purpose of Job: Reporting to the Night Manager, the Night Shift Leader will assist theNight team in meeting the variety of guest requests that may arise, helping to create a pleasant andmemorable stay for our guests. - in procedures will be required to be carried out for late arrivals. The guest will be required to be brought to his /her suite and all provisions made to ensure that he/she is made comfortable and any food and beverage requirements that he/she may have is catered for. Porterage service. Guest transportation. Valet parking. Room Service/Bar Service as requested by guest/member/owner. Cleaning duties of the public areas. Providing in room dining service to guests (preparation, execution and delivery) . Ensuring that all bar service is adhered to, in relation to our licensing restrictions. Ensuring all fire and safety procedures have been carried out and recorded, as per your remit. Ensuring the safety/security and comfort of our members / guests and owners at all times by monitoring all areas of vulnerability i. e. machinery / doors / equipment / gas fires and or cookers etc. To perform the Night Audit procedures. Check
- out procedure for guests. Ensure that the duties of the Nights team are being completed in a timely manner to the hotels standards. The implementation and training of procedures. To assist when applicable with the roster for the Nights team. Training of new Associates. Assisting with guests negative feedback and rectifying the issue/s. In the absence of the Night Manager, assist with their duties and responsibilities.
