Funciones

Reporting to the Chief Pricing Actuary, for an International Insurance Company. We are looking for a Non Life Senior Pricing Actuary. The person will play a leadership role, managing a 5 person team.

Under minimal supervision, development of tariff structures in mass lines of Business, and support the pricing of new/renewal business:

 

 * Develop tariffs for new business and renewal, and assist in the monitoring of portfolio performance.

 

 

 * Coordinate, prepare and perform actuarial analyses including trend analyses, and analyses of loss and expense reserves, as it relates to pricing adequacy and strategic direction.

 

 

 * Support Product underwriting on pricing decisions.

 

 

 * Provide consultation and technical expertise on actuarial models and risk issues.

 

 

 * Drive the design, testing and maintenance of pricing models and Tools.

 

 

 * Interface with regulators and auditors on pricing issues.

 

 

 * Remain current with regulatory/market conditions and apply this knowledge in pricing.

 

 

 * May interact with external customers and clients through the pricing of large, complex products and individual accounts.

 

 

 * Local or Regional oversight of a single portfolio within a Business Unit or pricing analysis function.

 

 

 * Adhere to professional standards of practice as defined by the relevant local actuarial society, regulatory body, or other governing body.


Perfil del candidato

* Actuarial Sciences, Physics, Mathematics or Statistics

 

 

 * Between 3 - 5 years of experience in Pricing, or more years.

 

 

 * Account in Pricing Software's (Emblem, Radar, SAS, Earnix, …)

 

 

 * English (Advanced Level).

 

 

 * Teamwork.

 

 

 * Team management.

 

 

 * Analytical skills.
