Your Challenge:

? Lead and manage technical delivery of New Product Development (NPD) or product renovation projects that fuel growth across markets and brands.

?? Dive into Gemba activities to understand local consumers deeply.

?? Collaborate with Marketing and core team members to develop concepts and design liquid products.

?? Drive liquid design development with TPLs and Sensory teams.

?? Conduct internal and external consumer research, including trained panel testing.

?? Provide scientific and technical guidance to support brand objectives.

??? Ensure accurate formulation data is loaded into SBFE databases.

?? Facilitate R&D Lab NPD processes and ensure protocols are met.

?? Lead continuous improvement in NPD processes, leveraging metrics and best practices.

?? Analyze post-launch consumer feedback and diagnose brand performance with marketing and core team members.

Requisitos

You Bring:

?? Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Agricultural Engineering

?? Proven experience managing multiple, complex projects

?? Extensive experience in beverages for blue-chip companies worldwide

?? Deep knowledge of beverage design and manufacturing

?? Delivery-oriented mindset and fluent English
