The work is of nurse assistant and reports to the responsible nurse of the plant or the residence. Each patient has an individual care plan and they expect an excellent service trying to improve the independence and rehabilitation of patients respecting their dignity, privacy and choices. Here is a list of the main tasks: - Assist in the mobility of patients with postural changes and special attention to pressure injuries. - Ensure that users have the tools they need to communicate - Provide care (TPR test, urine analysis and glucose) and record them for medical follow-up. - General cleaning of rooms and common areas - Cleaning and care of the work area and medical instruments - Participate in the hygiene and dress of patients - Be the person of reference for a small group of users of whom you will know their history, routines and personality in detail to adapt the care they need. - Present each patient and its particularities to medical professionals from different branches who work in the center. - Participate in socialization activities with patients and encourage their families to participate. How can you apply for the vacancy and what steps follow? Step 1: Sign up for the vacancy and attach a Cv in English. If you pass it successfully you will be asked for this documentation: - Written references of two employers - Criminal record - Fill out an application Step 4: We will train you to successfully pass the final interview with the group of residences while preparing the rest of the documentation and its translation. Step 5: Interview with the group of residences in English by Skype Step 6: Once everything is valid you will be required to pay a £ 40 registration fee from the Northern Ireland Social Care Registry. Our client is a Belfast Placement Agency which manages the selection of candidates for a well-established medical group in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland with more than 50 residences. Work begins in mid-September and we seek 25 people with these requirements: - Studies of Nursing Assistant, preferably finished in Europe. - The nationality is indifferent but if you come from outside the EU the company would manage your VISA and your process will be longer. - Enough English to understand patients and co-workers. The interview will be in English. The minimum level will be a high B1. - Six months of demonstrable experience in public, private or residential sectors. You will need your employer to issue a written statement that you have worked there describing the assignments. - Interest in staying in the area to progress professionally.
You will have an indefinite contract of employment in Northern Ireland being your employer the mentioned medical group that has more than 50 residences in the zone. The work is in Northern Ireland and the salary conditions are those of the collective agreement of Northern Ireland: Salary: 7.5 pounds per hour of work for 39 hours per week. The weekly wage is 292 pounds, the monthly wage is 1,268 pounds and the annual wage is 15,210 pounds. If you work holidays, extras, ..., the salary is higher. Overtime paid with a surcharge of 33% Daily shifts: - Long shifts: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Short shifts: From 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Both shift systems are similarly paid and can be combined. - You will have 5,6 vacation weeks a year. - Work uniform - Initial training and further training opportunities. - Assistance on arrival: They will pick you up at the airport and you will have prepared food for the first few days in your accommodation. - Advice with real estate agencies in the area to help you choose the accommodation that best suits your needs. - If you are interested, you can work longer hours in the workplace or through the Irish Placement Agency with which we collaborate.
