Position Purpose:Client needs around Billing and Collections in the O2C space are rapidly evolving. With more and more clients expecting a tailored approach and clients shifting part of the administrative process to the supplier, there is an increased need for a specific and structured approach to answer those client expectations. To support the broader O2C organization on these client expectations, you will lead a team of O2C Specialists responsible for Non-Standard processes in the O2C organization, namely: Vendor Requests & Platform Management.Primary Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team responsible for managing vendor forms and platform access.Develop and implement processes for vendor onboarding, data collection, and form completion.Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor data within the platform.Manage platform access for vendors, adhering to security protocols and compliance guidelines.Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to vendor forms or platform access.Proactively monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement.Develop and maintain clear documentation for team processes.Regularly communicate with stakeholders and vendors regarding form updates and platform changes.Track team performance and identify opportunities for growth and development.Foster a collaborative and positive working environment

Requisitos

Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus)Experience in an O2C environmentStrong sense of organization, diligent with attention to detailStrong stakeholder managementAbility to work under pressureAbility to oversee, motivate and manage people in a transactional environment
