Funciones

Key responsibilities 
 •Acting as primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the customer internally 
 • Building strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers and desires 
 • Taking ownership over customer experience, leading the team to achieve best-in-class Customer Service 
 • Ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders 
 • Ensuring services delivery against performance and service lever agreement indicator 
 • Identify and execute upselling opportunities 
  

Requisitos

We are looking for: 
 -Prior experience in Import or Export Freight Coordination or in a Customer Service or Freight operations role in a logistics/freight/shipping company or equivalent: (eg. a degree in International trade) 
 - Fluent English and Spanish e are mandatory 
 - Excellent work organization and prioritization skills 
 - Proactivity 
 - Decisiveness 
 - Stress resistance, composure, positive approach 
 - Solution-oriented mindset- A candidate will need to have an existing, valid permit to live and work with the EU
