Office administrator for a leading energy multinational on the city center.


Descripción de la oferta

The selected candidate will have the following responsabilities:

 * Administrative support to the parthers and project teams;
 * Answer and direct all incoming external and internal telephone calls and assisting with enquiries;
 * Process invoices, manage pretty cash, book keeping, tax reporting and prepare monthly estimated;
 * Liaise with local tax authorities for monthly tax statement and reporting;
 * Liaise with local administration authorities for site office registering renewal;
 * Liaise with Accounts as required for payroll issues;
 * Provide administrative support to pathers and project teams;
 * Provide administrative support to Parthers and project including;
 * Flexibility as required;
 * Ensure that all tasks/duties are carried out;
 * Undertake other ad hoc duties as required at the direction;


Perfil del candidato

* Able to demonstrate proficiency in the responsibilities of the role;
 * Able to travel around 2 to 3 days per month to Malaga to give supporte to the Office there;
 * Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
 * Fluent English, spoken and written is essential;
 * Fluent Spanish, spoken and written is essential;
 * Professional, confident, courteous and helpful manner;
 * Ability to work independently and as part of an effective team;
 * To ensure that discretion is exercised when dealing with sensitive information;
 * Self motivation and ability to take responsibility;
 * Empathy with a creative environment

Requisitos

- Fluent English and spanish;
- able to travel 2 to 3 per month to Malaga;
- excellent Microsoft office skills;
- previous experience of at least 3 years.
