Funciones

Instantly recognizable, The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is the island’s most iconic resort: an oasis of tranquility where the sea, the land, and the subtropical vegetation blend effortlessly with Moorish-inspired architecture. The 462 rooms and suites, distributed between the vibrant Citadel and the exclusive Retreat, enjoy magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, Mount Teide, or the resort’s lush gardens.

Join our team as an Office Coordinator for the Retreat, an organized, proactive individual with a genuine passion for service. You will be the administrative backbone of the Retreat—ensuring everything runs smoothly, from managing emails and phone calls to coordinating with different departments.

Responsibilities
· Manage the Retreat’s email inbox, responding with warmth, accuracy, and promptness.
· Handle and redirect internal and guest phone calls and inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
· Oversee daily operational needs, identifying issues and providing agile, effective solutions.
· Coordinate closely with Retreat colleagues and other departments (Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) to ensure a flawless guest experience.
· Organize and optimize the team’s operational logistics: task assignment, priority follow-up, and internal communication.
· Keep records, databases, operational documents, and administrative materials up to date.
· Anticipate departmental and team needs, acting as a key reference point and facilitator.
· Support Retreat initiatives related to service quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requisitos

· Natural, friendly, and professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Previous experience in administration, team coordination, or operational roles (ideally in hospitality or service environments).
· Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and a passion for teamwork.
· Solid level of English and Spanish.
· Valid work permit for Spain.
· Spirit of hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
