Funciones

Do you have experience in Office Management? Would you like to join an international start-up in a booming sector? Our client is a company in the i-Gaming industry that is at a crucial growth stage and is looking for a proactive and flexible individual, who would like to join an entrepreneurial and dynamic, yet friendly business environment!

Responsibilities: 
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
- Organize and maintain the common spaces of the office.
- Purchase and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Manage CEO and COO' schedules and appointments.
- Book accommodation and flights for business travels.
- Event organization: help marketing with event organization and organizing company activities.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Plan and manage office turns and scheduling according to current COVID measurements and remote working structure.
- Handle office invoices by collecting and classifying monthly invoices for the finance team.
- Manage internal staff relations.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.

Requisitos

- 1 - 2 years of experience as an Office Manager. 
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactivity and a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
- Good listener and has great social skills.
- Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures.
