Adecco is currently looking for people to join an important start-up located in Barcelona!

Our client is looking for a customer service specialist with a high level of German to join their team based in Barcelona. As a customer service agent, you will be in charge of:

- Initiate the process of Onboarding for our new Resellers and Customers.
- Support our resellers and customers, of the correct usage of the ADA solution with continuous traininig and webinars.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Support the Marketing team in the creation of campaigns.
- Offer assistance with appropriate solutions within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communicational procedures, guidelines and policies.

The company is well communicated with the city center. You will work in accessible facilities and you can get there by public transport.

Requisitos

- Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, desirable: experience in software company. Minimum experiencie: 6 month - 1 year
- Knowledge about Mobile and Digital marketing.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Native German and fluent English.
- Positive attitude and highly motivation.
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
