Responsible for managing and supervising the development and performance delivery of all operations (installation, maintenance, repairs, modernizations and replacements) through management and leadership of our teams in Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim and Tromsø. Responsible for ensuring the regional financial targets are met per office and project, including revenue values and gross margins whilst continuing organic growth of the service portfolio. Develops and implements the strategy, processes and procedures of Orona in Norway. Is required to keep up to date with market and competitor information. 1 Leadership of Management Team Responsible for clearly defining and agreeing performance targets with the management team. Where targets are not being met, identifies reasons and takes the appropriate action to bring performance back up to expected levels. Takes overall responsibility for ensuring manpower levels are appropriate bearing mind financial targets and HSEQ needs. 2 Installation and Service Strategy Development and Monitoring Implements and manages the Company's strategy, processes and procedures with the emphasis on Health & Safety and providing an excellent customer service. Continues to refine processes to cope with new products and industry innovation. 3 Project Finance Management Monitors financial status of projects, ensuring team provides early warnings of potential defaulters and acts to maximize revenue. 4 Completions Forecasting and Management Reporting Ensures that all teams are keeping the company databases up to date with appropriate project completion information. Provides weekly and monthly reports on activity and future turnover forecasts. Provides input to the annual budgeting process. 5 Contact with HQ Guarantees that orders are launched appropriately and liaises with the manufacturing plant for lift packages and components. When necessary, leads contact with other relevant departments in HQ.
Education: Ideally College Degree. Engineering/Technical studies will be prioritized. Ideal Background: The ideal candidate will have worked long enough in the Lift Industry (or other industries with similarities) in senior positions. Also needs significant team management experience. Candidates will be ideally located in Trondheim or Stavanger.
