We are looking for a Order to Cash Associate with a Fluent Level of Turkish to join an international Pharmaceutical company that is in rapid expansion. The Associate will have to ensure efficient, timely and accurate performance of operations, processing and monitoring of standard and special requests by providing high quality services to our internally and externally customers.
As an Order to Cash Associate, your main tasks will be:
-Maintenance of customer account , support and follow up on topics within workflow systems.
-Managing inbound/outbound queries (calls/mails, others) from external customers.
-Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information and providing solutions.
-Record, verify and execute transactions according to process documentation and monitor process exceptions.
-Perform controls (process, ICS).
-Monitoring employee accounts
-Control of incoming / outgoing payments to employees or general ledger account.
-Approval of Travel and Expenses claims in Concur (travel expenses tool) according to the Legal Entity policy
-First point of contact for employees seeking support and Information via different channels (e.g. phone, email, chat). Provide information about all ESS Services.
-Contribute to process improvements.
-Support and flexibility to adapt to the future changes in the organization related to processes/projects/activities /tasks etc.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
-Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration/Finance or Business Administration. Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience.
-1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or other related Order-to-Cash processes.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic MS Office.
-Experience with ERP systems. SAP experience valuable.
-Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task.
-Accounting knowledge beneficial.
-Fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, Turkish and Spanish
- Permanent contract (Starting with a 7 month contract)
- Full time position (08h-17h, with 1h flexibility).
