Funciones

Great General Ledger opportunity in a very multinational Shared Service Centre


Description

* Preparation of cash flow report and cash forecast 
 * Bank reconciliations
 * Prepayment reconciliations
 * Preparation of reconciliation matrix
 * Reconciliation of debtor over payments
 * Update of FX rates in the accounting system
 * Creation of Employee data management report
 * Master data management including creation of elements in the system
 * Performing internal audit check of master data


Profile

* Accounting degree, Business administration degree or similar
 * From 1 till 3 years of working experience
 * Excellent Excel skills
 * High level of English and good level of French. Spanish is not a must.
 * Team player, offering support to others
 * Takes responsibility for personal improvement, learning from experience and new situations
 * Ability to work under pressure, detail and service orientation
