Supporting Procurement and A/P functions as well as operational stakeholders Description * Support the team to ensure smooth operation of end to end PO process making sure payments are executed as per SLA and in accordance with terms. * Responsible for supervising and maintaining a clear supplier ledger account. * Make sure internal customer and supplier inquiries are actioned and resolved in a timely manner with the highest quality of service. * Make sure booking of invoices, employee expenses and company credit card expenses are actioned by the team daily as per SLA * Engage with stakeholders across the business to investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies taking necessary corrective action, driving issues to resolution * Assist Manager with audit process and completing audit requests. * Period-end close reconciliation activities. * Provide support to Senior Management when required * Constantly seek to improve ways of working within the team, sharing knowledge, experience and best practice to drive process improvements * Educating internal buyers on the use of self-service solutions Profile * Accounting/Finance studies or equivalent * Able to coordinate and supervise team's work * Previous Accounting/Administration work experience valued * Fluency in English, any additional European / Mediterranean languages are valued (Dutch, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic etc.) * MS Office (Good Excel skills) and any ERP experience is valued. * Ability to prioritise responsibilities and follow-up on/resolve outstanding issues. * Detail oriented with solid organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. * RPA experience valued * Experience working in fast work environments and ability to work as a team.
