We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team at the Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and a strong commitment to producing high- quality pastries and desserts. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your skills and learn from a seasoned professional while contributing to the culinary excellence of our establishment.

What you'll do:
 * Pastry Preparation: Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods, following recipes and instructions from the Head Pastry Chef.
 * Creativity and Innovation: Contribute ideas and participate in the creation of new dessert and pastry items, ensuring that offerings are modern, innovative, and align with the restaurant's concept.
 * Quality Control: Ensure consistency and quality in all pastries and desserts, maintaining high standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
 * Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food, as well as the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
 * Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and support the overall success of the restaurant.

Requisitos

 * Skills: Strong pastry and dessert- making skills, including knowledge of various techniques and ingredients. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for pastry arts are essential.
 * Communication: Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
 * Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast- paced kitchen environment.
 * Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
