Small Business Advisory firm is looking for a Payroll Specialist (temporary contract) for the HR Department.


Descripción de la oferta

The chosen candidate will do the following tasks:

 * Payroll Processing: perform all activities necessary to process accurate multiple company payrolls
 * Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
 * Respond quickly, accurately and professionally to clients payroll inquiries
 * Work directly with clients to achieve organization goals as requires
 * Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll systems
 * Work with company database programs to process payroll
 * Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense
 * Manage hirings and social security requirements


Perfil del candidato

The chosen candidate should have the following qualifications:

 * Associate's or bachelor's degree in law, business or accounting preferred
 * Proven experience in a payroll position in a business advisory firm
 * Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
 * Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
