Funciones

Do you have experience managing the payroll process from end to end? Do you also speak Dutch and German at advanced levels? If so, this could be the job for you!

As a Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the payroll countries you are assigned to
- Setting up the monthly pay cycles and off-cycle payments when required
- Identifying and resolving any payment issues
- Providing Ad Hoc reports of payroll data
- Collaborating closely with the Finance and HR departments while also supporting internal stakeholders
- Managing confidential information and providing tax and social insurance data to government authorities

Requisitos

Key Languages:
- Native (or near-native) level of Dutch
- Advanced level of German and English

Core Skills/Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll or in data administration
- An infectiously positive attitude 
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll 
- Customer support mindset
