Funciones

Fitness Trainer: • You will be responsible for looking after the principal’s health and fitness regime • Supervising the principal’s physical safety and performance • Evaluating progress, providing constructive criticism and advice • Understanding the principal couples physical capacities, strengths, weaknesses and objectives • Design and demonstrate exercises, explaining them and their merits • Helping the principal couple develop, building their confidence and motivation • Helping establish a safe, regular exercise schedule • Offering advice on exercise equipment and how to use it Other Responsibilities: • You will be travelling to many of the principal couples country estates, city residences and holiday destinations and would be expected to provide general support to the local staff to ensure the smooth running of local operations.

Requisitos

Requirements for the role: • Ideally degree qualified however minimum EREPS, Personal Trainer (EQF level 3/4) or equivalent. • 3 years + experience as a qualified trainer with excellent nutritional knowledge. • You will be required to travel often as the principal has business interests and estates worldwide. • You will be confident, capable and able to adapt to last minute changes in a calm manner. • Fluent Spanish or Portuguese along with English is a must. Italian language skills would be advantageous.
