Main Responsibilities

Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of your clients after listening to their questions and concerns via phone, e-mail and chat;
Help your clients with respect to orders, deliveries, returns and payments;
Liaise with external sellers;
Educate your clients about the company's products;
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

Requisitos

Core Skills/experience

Excellent communicator and listener;
Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently;
A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs;
Good team-player who radiates positivity;
Solid keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office.
