Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Pool Attendant to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the Guidance of the Bars Manager you’ll provide exceptional and enjoyable safe pool experience to guests, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction:

 

Provide warm, sincere and engaging service.
Assist, support, and work with Pool Servers and Bars staff.
Ensure service stations are constantly cleared and re-stocked during service.
Assist to remove used diches and trash from pool area.
Exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and update profiles
Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu at all times
Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure service is within the standards of SLS Barcelona.
Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times

Requisitos

What we are looking for...

+1 year of experience in hospitality.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
You make people feel good - your team, guests and colleagues alike.  You make a positive impact.
You are an excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together.
