Funciones

The FP&A Reporting &Planning services Team is responsible for the streamlining of the global FP&A activities of Page Group. In cooperation with the BI and data teams, the team develop global Power BI reports with the aim to answer 80% of the questions of the business with a self service solution. In parallel, this team works closely together with the FP&A Analysis and Insight team and other various stakeholders.


Description

* In charge of maintaining and delivering the recurring reports
 * Gather requirements, work on proposals and build dashboards in Power BI for our stakeholders from different departments
 * Support the FP&A department by providing the tools for their analysis - using Excel, Power BI,..
 * Provide training and support to the user community
 * Act as an "improvement officer" in structuring, improving & automatizing the various tools & databases used in the FP&A department
 * Document procedures and processes


Profile

* Advanced level of Power BI / Power Query
 * Strong work structure, organization and ability to work proactivaly and autonomously towards objectives and to respect strict deadlines
 * MS Office (advanced level of Excel incl. pivot tables and functions such as vlookup/sumifs etc.), other BI tools (cubes, etc.). Interest in IT systems.
 * Any experience in corporate finance (reporting, controlling, accounting) would be a great asset
 * Fluency in English
 * Accuracy and ability to work with large volume of data
 * Ability to work with various type of stakeholders
 * Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
 * Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and resilience
