Funciones

We are looking for a Pricing Solution Specialist (H / M) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector. If you have experience in the position, this is your opportunity !!!
MISSION
- Processing and Management of Public and Negotiated Tenders.
- Making offers
- Update prices in the system
- Processing of price incidents
- Support to the Sales Network, in terms of prices and competitions
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Work with the Business Units for the correct processing of all public and negotiated tenders
- Identify the competitions published in the BOE
- Develop and manage the same with the tools available in the system:
 Contract Manager, Reporting System
- Procedure for awarding tenders and contracts
- Processing of extensions of Tenders
- Maintenance of the physical and digital archive of Tenders and Contracts
Essential Requirements
Academic Training and Knowledge
Academic Training: University Degree
English Language: Advanced
IT Knowledge: Excell Advanced
Desirable Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and with dates, maintaining the focus and clarity.
- Good communication skills to work in team and interpersonal relationship.
- Mastering MS Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Be proactive, take initiative
- Adaptability to new processes
- Know how to speak and write English
It offers:
-Salary: 23.000€ gross / year.
-Contract until October 31 (extendable)
