Process Engineer
What You will do
Our Process Engineering Department in Arganda del Rey, Spain is looking for a driven and committed:
Your responsibilities:
As a member of the project’s Core Team you will support the Project Managers and Automation Engineers in managing technical requirements and system level integration in process and mechanical design within customer projects.
- Lead translating the stakeholder needs into system level technical requirements and targets
- Perform engineering calculations, design, simulation and equipment specifications.
- Handle the dimensioning of process components - pipes, valves, pumps and tanks;
- Create project specific documents based on Tetra Pak standards and work with data in other areas in the work process within the customer projects, support mechanical design, test and documentation;
- Ensure a constructive communication internally, and with suppliers and customers;
- Support the project during commissioning phases;
- Apply Tetra Pak standard processes and tools.
You will be expected to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Who You are
You have a Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering (preferably related to food processes) and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. The knowledge of Spanish is a strong merit.
Professional Skills and Experience:
You have at least 5 years of experience as installation and plant commissioning engineering (functional, mechanical or processing engineer). The knowledge of food production industry (Cheese, Filtration, Drying, UHT) will be considered a big plus.
You have knowledge in AutoCAD Drawings: PI&D and installation; sizing and calculation of flow equipment; Verification & Commissioning. Skills in evaluating welding quality and hygienic design in preassemblies and installation are advantages.

You have a flexible approach since the work load varies depending on the project phase. You are a dynamic and brilliant person, willing to learn and available to be involved in a dynamic organisation.
