The hired candidate will be responsible of the management of change procedure.

* To develop and reinforce a robust procedure, follow up and ensure all changes are properly evaluated.
 * Responsible of the incident reporting and investigation procedure.
 * Improve procedure, train and support area managers in investigation methodology, lead investigation of the most relevant incidents.
 * Select IT tools that can help to the management and follow up of the workflow with adequate resources. 
 * Lead Process Hazard Analysis (What if, HAZOP) of the new processes and facilities or when the change requires it.

 * Support on Occupational Health area (Occupational Risk Evaluations when required).


Perfil del candidato

* Chemical engineering degree.

 * Minimum experience of 3 years in Process Safety Management in a similar industry (Pharma, Cosmetics, Food, Fine Chemicals, Bulk Chemicals, Petrochemicals).

 * Minimum experience of 1 year in incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis.

 * Knowledge in PHA methodologies: HAZOP/HAZIP/LOPA/What if.

 * Knowledge in Atex and Seveso regulations.

 * Knowledge in SIL.

 * Valuated technical expertise in reaction and thermal hazards.
 * English fluency is mandatory.

 * Occupational Health and safety Master Degree. Safety and Ergonomics specialties will be a plus.
