•	Ensure application and technical expertise is unparalleled and disseminated throughout the company to the Sales & Service technical support teams.
•	Secure OEM approvals.
•	Attend product and equipment launch meetings.
•	Communicate to Sales team's innovations & regulatory changes.
•	Research Suppliers / Manufacturers for required products / equipment.
•	Analyse publications and literature. Follow technology developments at customers and evaluate competitive technologies.
•	Analyse and answer application specific customer questions.
•	Review and analyse customer complaints.
•	Provide technical expertise to International Accounts, Regional and / or Country based Technical Support people and Sales Teams across Europe.
•	Support customer acquisition activities concerning technical aspects.
•	Participate in team and project work assignments; contribute to a positive working environment.
•	Co-ordinate and control field experiments to validate results and solutions of Product Development.
•	Maintain technical expertise through on-going research and technical education.
•	Attend conferences and associations to introduce Maintenance and Partsmaster Platform innovation 
•	Attend monthly MIR call and Platform meetings 
•	When required represent Maintenance and Partsmaster Platform at meetings
