Multinational chemical distribution is looking for an Product Specialist for a Personal Care Bussines Unit.

The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable business growth through proactively identifying customer and market problems or trends, and bringing technical application expertise as well as new products and solutions to the market.

The Techical Sales Manager does not own specific customers but will achieve the desired results by working closely with the regional Account Managers and accompanying them to (gold, silver, bronze high potential) customer visits.


Perfil del candidato

* Higher education, preferably in chemistry, nice to have in cosmetics ingredients.
 * Valorable experience in personal care industry.
 * Knowledge of the market and technologies used in personal care industry.
 * Independence, pro-activity and creativity in action, and the ability to think outside the box and make decisions independently.
 * Highly developed project management skills.
 * "Yes, I can" attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and schedule work to meet business needs.
 * Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build good relationships across a large organization and work in a multicultural environment, team-oriented approache.
 * Fluent command of English is must have.
