Funciones

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for an importante manufacturing multinational company. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will coordinate with all department and will ensure on time delivery to customer.

Study, analyzes and improve manufacturing methods and production systems.
Works with all levels of the organization to identify and implement process improvements, find process interactions and dependencies.
Designs, develops, tests and/or sources various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
Designs and implements lean manufacturing methods that meet regulatory compliance and improve efficiencies for the organization.
Completes end to end planning, direction and coordination of all the manufacturing process and equipment changes.
Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan.
Works closely with the Maintenance department to ensure the maintainability of new installations by implementing an effective predictive and preventative program.
Utilizes six sigma and lean manufacturing tools that will lead to reduced downtime, increased production and a culture of continuous improvement.
Leads change management activities and ensures solution adaptability.
Ability to effectively present information verbally to other employees of the organization

Requisitos

Degree/diploma in any engineering stream
Relevant Experience of 5 in preferably textile or automotive field
Knowledge of TPS
Troubleshooting skills
Multi-tasking
Team building, decision-making and people management skills
Team player
